As of July 13, 2020, client information from all Pennsylvania counties will be transitioned to eCIS, and CIS will no longer be accessible.
All business partners and their users are required to register for access to eCIS. For more information on the registration process, visit the eCIS Registration Information page.

Welcome to the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services Transaction Web site. This site provides access to the Department's CIS transaction environment. Users must enter their pre-approved Userid/Password to utilize this system. When finished, the user must terminate from this system.
